Hello my name is Angie Horton and I am the proud new owner of the Itex in Salt Lake City franchise. I have only been in the trade and barter business for 1 and ½ years but knew this was the business for me. My past experience has been in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry for a 20+ year career. My last position held in that industry was the Operations Manager for the Mortgage Division of a Bank. I thought I had worked my way from loan officer/processor to Account Executive to Ops Manager being at the top of my field but came to the realization that I did not enjoy the position and wanted to return to my passionate position of working with people.
I plan on growing Itex in Salt Lake City to the largest barter network in Utah. I want all of my members to know that each and everyone of them are important to us and we are honored to have them as members!
My hobbies are many – I love to travel, cook, camp, fish, garden and water ski. My greatest gifts in life are my family – Scott, my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. I have a large family and enjoy all of the memorable times that we have had together over the years and look forward to the many, many more!

I was in the Hotel Business for 15 years (Manager for 12) and loved every minute, I enjoyed all guests and became friends with many. Also during that time I was fortunate to dabble in Design and Development which was an education….and interesting.
Next Adventure I decided to learn the Mortgage Business to expand my knowledge…this was a challenging business but enjoyed, I went from Loan Originator to Mentoring Manager and then to Corporate Manager and Corporate Leasing Manager (Liaison for Corporate for over 1500 Employees, Loan Originators and Branch Managers, throughout the Country). Absolutely love the Company and all the people I worked with.
Now I am on another Adventure with ITEX and expanding my knowledge with the Trade business, I am excited to come to work each day and enjoy all the people I come in contact with.
My personal interest are my Family, they are my Treasures and an ongoing Adventure!

HI! My name is Amanda Ealey and I have worked in many different fields. I have worked in a nursing home, at a bank, at a restaurant, and that’s just to name a few. I never really knew what I wanted to do when “I grew up”. So I took some time to get to know how the trade and barter business really worked and how many people are actually in this business. When I first heard about the trade and barter business I was shy about the idea. Since I received more and more information I jumped in feet first and wouldn’t go back.

A little about my personal life, I am a mommy of a wonderful two year old named Bryden and recently got married in May of this year. My hobbies are Motocross, camping, and being the best mommy I can be.
